Job summary

Valeo, leader mondial de technologies avancées, recherche un opérateur en moulage par injection pour la ligne de production en 2e poste. Vous dépannerez les procédés, opérerez et entretenez les équipements, manierez le pont roulant et contribuerez à améliorer les temps de cycle et les taux de rebuts.

Le candidat idéal possède au moins 2 ans d'expérience en mise en place de moules et en détection de défauts, ainsi qu'un diplôme d'études secondaires.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
• Expérience 2+ ans avec mise en place de moules et machines d'injection.
• Expérience 2+ ans pour identifier les défauts d'injection après production.

Responsibilities

• Dépanner les problèmes de procédé d'injection et identifier les causes racines.
• Opérer et entretenir les équipements de moulage par injection.
• Utiliser et manœuvrer un pont roulant.
• Maintenir les standards du processus d'injection.
• Collaborer pour améliorer le TRP, le cycle et les rebuts.
• Pouvoir démarrer un robot.

Position is on 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 2PM - 10~30PM, OT as necessary)

What You Will Do

• You will troubleshoot injection molding process related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• You will operate and maintain injection molding process equipment
• You will operate overhead crane
• You will maintain injection process standards
• You will collaborate with the injection team to identify and implement improvements related to TRP, cycle time, and scrap.
• You have the ability to start a robot

What You Should Have

• You have a high school diploma / GED
• You have 2+ years of experience with new mold set-up and process plastic injection mold machines
• You have 2+ years of experience with the identification of injection plastic defects after the manufacturing process
