Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) is hiring a Process Technician for a 2-2-3 schedule (7pm–7am) in a manufacturing environment. You will adjust machine processes, manage material blends, and support production goals while ensuring QA standards are met and safety is prioritized.

You will work with injection molding equipment, train operators, and communicate across teams to keep production running smoothly on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule).
• Strong knowledge of injection molding and ability to operate molding machines.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Good problem solving and math skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Make changes to machine processes and adjust material blends.
• Assist in developing efficient processes to meet daily production goals.
• Daily processing of machines and handling of raw materials.
• Maintain control of processes for injection molding.
• Monitor and perform setting adjustments on injection molding machines.
• Ensure all parts meet IWT QA standards and perform QA checks.
• Assist supervisor with training for utilities and machine operators.
• Maintain a safe work environment and open communication among employees.
