Job summary

Advanced Molding Technologies, LLC in Circle Pines, MN is hiring a Process Technician II for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm). You will perform setup, startup, and troubleshooting for injection molding, maintain validated parameters, and help ensure ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and cGMP compliance.

You will mentor Level I technicians, collaborate with Engineering and Quality, and participate in process improvements, CAPA activities, and QMS initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of injection-molding setup and processing experience.
• Medical-device or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Completion of Paulson Molding II required (may be obtained within training).
• AIM Molding I certification required or to be obtained within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Conduct startups for all production runs using validated parameters and verify toolage repairs; ensure process is stable before release to production.
• Perform in-process troubleshooting to resolve molding, machine, and auxiliary equipment issues.
• Perform setups independently to support production schedules or coverage needs.
• Mentor Process Technician I employees during setups and troubleshooting, provide guidance and verification.
