Job summary

Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. is seeking a Process Technician for the 1st shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm) on-site in the Saint Charles area. The role focuses on setting up injection molds, monitoring production, and ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include startup of molding, robot programming, and color loader calibration, with emphasis on LOTO compliance, machine setup, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with IQMS ERP is preferred; safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding setup and operation.
• Ability to program robots and calibrate color loaders.
• Familiarity with lock out tag out procedures and safety standards.
• Experience with hydraulic and electric molding machines.
• Maintains quality and uses ERP to track production data.
• Willing to train and take on related duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Completes start up of molding process and provides first article for quality approval.
• Programs robots and calibrates color loaders to production specs.
• Adheres to lock out tag out requirements for molding equipment.
• Sets up and processes hydraulic and electric molding machines; troubleshoots issues.
• Maintains quality throughout the molding process per standards.
• Utilizes IQMS ERP for the entire production workflow.
• Keeps a safe, clean work environment and follows policies.
• Contributes to team goals and completes assigned duties.
• Attends training to stay current with industry practices.
