Randstad USA in Garland seeks a hands-on Injection Molding Plastic Process Engineer to lead process development, automation setups, and continuous improvement at our Garland manufacturing facility. You will bridge tooling approvals with full-scale production, establish scientific molding parameters, design EOAT, and mentor technicians across shifts.

You will drive sampling programs, validate 1st shots, and lead CAPA investigations while tracking MBR metrics and throughput.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in injection molding or related manufacturing.
• Experience as a process engineer on automation and robotics.
• Associate degree or equivalent manufacturing training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process development and experimental molding with 1st-shot sampling and validation.
• Design EOAT and program robotic part removal.
• Drive automation setups and CAPA investigations.
• Mentor technicians across shifts and support cross-over meetings.
• Track OEE, scrap rates, and throughput.
