Job summary

Ada Technologies Inc is seeking an Injection Molding Engineer to drive process optimization and ensure manufacturing quality for plastic parts. You will implement scientific molding parameters, pilot new molds with design teams, and troubleshoot equipment and tooling on the production floor.

The role requires hands-on experience in plastic injection molding, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement in cycle times and scrap reduction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding.
• Knowledge of scientific molding, decoupled molding and mold design.
• Strong analytical, root-cause problem solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize molding processes to ensure consistency and run efficiency.
• Collaborate with design and tooling teams to pilot new molds and validate parameters.
• Diagnose equipment, tooling or material issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure parts meet customer specs and ISO standards.
