Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Production & Operational Excellence Manager to lead all injection molding manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on safe, efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production, aligning with customer delivery requirements and business goals.

You will champion Lean Manufacturing practices across Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma, while coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring production staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10+ years of injection molding manufacturing experience.
• 3-5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Proven success leading Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all injection molding manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize resources and manufacturing KPIs (OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Tooling, Materials, Supply Chain).
• Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM, Visual Management, Six Sigma).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and GMP standards and support customer satisfaction.
