This leadership role oversees production and technical operations for a team of about 175 employees, driving safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement across the molding operation. You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning and Maintenance, optimize capacity and changeovers, and lead lean initiatives and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering Technology or related field.
• Strong injection molding process knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of thermoplastics, tooling and DFm (design for manufacturability).
• Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment with Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead injection molding operations across a three-shift environment.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery performance.
• Manage production and technical teams while developing leadership across the organization.
• Optimize capacity, equipment utilization, mold changeovers and production planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE and scrap reduction.
