Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. in Clemmons, NC is seeking a hands-on Molding Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift injection molding operation.

You will oversee approximately 5 operators and 3 molding technicians, ensuring safety, quality and production targets while supporting PVC/CPVC processing and on-site problem solving. The ideal candidate has strong injection molding experience, working knowledge of ERP/MES systems, and a proven ability to coach staff and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in injection molding and plastics manufacturing.
Knowledge of injection molding processes and issue resolution.
PVC/CPVC experience is strongly preferred.
Hands-on supervisory capability.
Experience with ERP/MES or similar manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

Lead 3rd-shift injection molding operators and technicians.
Ensure daily production targets with safety and quality standards.
Provide hands-on support for process or equipment issues.
Promote safe handling of PVC and CPVC materials.
Monitor molding processes, machine performance, scrap, and output.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Planning and others to resolve issues.
Maintain staffing and cross-training for changing production needs.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Manage resin inventory and housekeeping during 3rd shift.
Ensure accurate timekeeping and employee records; support performance reviews.
Utilize ERP/MES and other systems to document production activity.
