Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and training skills; able to manage a union/non-union hourly workforce as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Tooling Department personnel and tooling engineers.
• Maintain tooling repair expense and vendor relationships; oversee RFPs and quotes.
• Coordinate with planning, molding, quality, and engineering to implement changes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; drive cost-reduction projects.
