ResourceMFG is seeking a Production Associate to operate injection molding machines, inspect parts for quality, and assist with packaging finished goods. Training is provided to help you grow within manufacturing.

We offer medical, dental and vision insurance, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and a dedicated recruiter in a safe, team-oriented environment. Day and night shifts available: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Formación

• Operate injection molding machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect molded parts to ensure quality standards.
• Stand for 12-hour shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate injection molding machinery safely and efficiently.

• Trim, package, and label finished products as needed.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors.
• Complete production and quality records accurately.
