Job summary

Drive is seeking dependable Production Associates to join a fast-paced plastic injection molding team. This full-time position offers long-term opportunities, on-the-job training, and weekly pay with Fridays as paydays.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring production equipment, loading/unloading molded parts, inspecting for quality, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Successful candidates demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a team setting.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

• Perform basic production and quality control checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
