Job summary

Manufacturing Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team.

You will perform post-molding finishing, trimming, deburring, assembly of plastics components, and conduct quality inspections to ensure customer standards are met. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment.
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic quality inspection and counting tasks.
• Preferred: 6+ months experience as an injection mold machine operator or in plastics assembly and logistics.
• Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for precision checks.
• Demonstrated experience using calipers and micrometers during standard quality inspection workflows.
• Ability to operate calipers and micrometers accurately within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities
