Job summary

Manufacturing Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team.

You will perform post-molding finishing, trimming, deburring, assembly of plastics components, and conduct quality inspections to ensure customer standards are met. You’ll work 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM on the early shift, receive hands-on training on modern injection mold machinery, and have access to comprehensive benefits including health insurance and incentive programs, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment.
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic quality inspection and counting tasks.
• Preferred: 6+ months experience as an injection mold machine operator or in plastics assembly and logistics.
• Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for precision checks.
• Demonstrated experience using calipers and micrometers during standard quality inspection workflows.
• Ability to operate calipers and micrometers accurately within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform post-molding operations, trimming, deburring, and assembly of plastics components.
• Conduct thorough quality inspection procedures to detect defects and maintain strict standards.
• Package finished goods and support warehouse staging and logistics for inventory storage and shipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and uphold safety guidelines across the machine operator workstation.
• Work closely with team members to support smooth warehouse operations, inventory flow, and logistics.
