Job summary

Southeastern Container, Inc. is seeking an Injection Machine Operator to safely and efficiently run injection molding machines and crane systems.

You will monitor production, conduct quality tests on preforms and parts, perform material changes, and document results in accordance with safety and quality standards. The role requires reading and following work instructions, basic math, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Basic math skills and the ability to record production data.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn injection molding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely start, stop, and operate injection molding machines and crane system.
• Monitor production, perform quality tests, and document results.
• Coordinate material and color changes with schedules.
• Record scrap, maintain clean area, and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with routine maintenance and machine troubleshooting as needed.
