Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing experience in plastics or packaging preferred.
• Experience operating injection equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repeatable inspections.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take over bag folding and bin inspection at the 3-position conveyor.
• Inspect bagged bins for dust, contamination and defects before closing.
• Run quality checks across all injection products including preform inspections.
• Maintain quality logs and escalate out-of-spec conditions.
• Follow safety, GMP standards and keep work area clean.
• Cover cross-trained operator duties on injection and specialty machines.
• Flag quality trends and propose process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
