Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Molding Operator for the Injection Molding Department to support 1st shift operations in Immokalee, FL. The role requires basic measuring and inspection tasks and adherence to production standards on molding equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; manufacturing experience is preferred, with injection molding experience a plus. The position involves a 10-hour day, 4-day rotating schedule and production documentation in SAP.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Injection molding experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receives work order and verifies components are correct.
• Verifies work before proceeding with operations.
• Identify molding defects and notify technicians when they occur.
• Meet cycle-time standards on molding machines.
• Complete documentation accurately in production paperwork and SAP.
• Verify inspection tools issued to job and in use.
• Maintain AQL 0 @ 2.5 inspections.
• Inspect parts to specifications using micrometers, calipers, fixed gauges and optical gauges.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
• Keep workstation and shop floor organized.
