Job summary

Arthrex in Immokalee, FL is seeking a Molding Tech I for a 1st shift on a rotating 4 days/10-hour schedule. The role focuses on maintaining molds and equipment to ensure top quality output with minimal downtime.

You'll troubleshoot molding machines, document changes, and work with robots and tooling. A high school diploma and 3 years in industrial injection molding are required; medical molding experience preferred. Comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of industrial injection molding experience required.
• Medical molding device experience preferred.
• Must know machine controllers, tooling terminology and reading blueprints.
• Able to read measuring devices and operate robots.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot molding machines and processes to maintain quality output.
• Notify supervisor if equipment is not operating properly.
• Maintain correct materials and molding conditions.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and PMs are completed per shift.
• Document changes and keep area, machines, tooling, and parts organized.
• Maintain insert inventory and report low levels.
• Complete repair work orders and escalate as needed.
• Work in a steady, professional manner with minimal supervision.
