Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Molding Tech for the Pendleton, SC manufacturing site on a Friday–Sunday weekend shift from 6 am to 6 pm. The role focuses on keeping molds and molding equipment in peak condition to ensure high-quality output with minimal downtime.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 3 years of industrial injection molding experience, and knowledge of tooling and robots. Medical molding experience is preferred; strong teamwork and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial injection molding experience.
• Medical molding device experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot molding machines and processes.
• Notify supervisor or mold toolmaker if equipment malfunctions.
• Collect information on materials and molding conditions.
• Perform cold starts and restarts of molding machines.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and PMs are completed each shift.
• Document all changes and keep work area clean and organized.
• Maintain tooling inventory up-to-date and notify supervisor when low.
• Fill out mold repair work orders for tool work as needed.
• Work steadily with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
