Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Molding Operator for the Injection Molding Department. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and offers a 10-hour day, 4-day per week rotating schedule. Prior manufacturing and injection molding experience are preferred.

The operator will monitor cycles, perform quality inspections, document results in SAP, and maintain a neat, safe work area according to Arthrex standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic measuring equipment.
• Experience with SAP reporting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive work order and verify components are correct.
• Verify work before proceeding with operations.
• Identify molding defects and notify technician or process engineer.
• Meet cycle time standards on molding machines.
• Complete documentation correctly and maintain SAP records.
• Ensure inspection tools are available and correct.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and safe work practices.
