Job summary

Silgan is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician in Tolleson, AZ to collaborate with the lead tooling engineer on refurbishing and rebuilding molds, and to perform thorough cleaning and preventative maintenance to keep tooling in peak condition.

You will need a technical degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in industrial manufacturing, strong reading of schematics, and solid communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Technical degree preferred or equivalent technical experience.
• 3–5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Understanding of reading schematics and electrical/mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the lead tooling engineer to refurbish and rebuild molds.
• Clean and maintain molds with preventative maintenance.
