Job summary

Silgan Closures in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a skilled mold tooling technician to support our engineering and manufacturing operations. You will coordinate with the tooling lead to refurbish and rebuild molds and perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
