Job summary

Drive is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in the United States. You will maintain and optimize injection molding equipment and related systems, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures to minimize downtime.

You will document maintenance activities, support equipment upgrades, and participate in continuous improvement projects while adhering to safety protocols and LOTO requirements.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Injection molding experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support mold changes and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues quickly.
