Qualifications

• Experience maintaining injection molding equipment and related auxiliary systems.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics and technical documents.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory requirements; documentation of activities in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical documents.
• Document maintenance activities and findings in the CMMS.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with production and supervision to maximize uptime.
• Adhere to safety policies and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
