Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician with injection molding experience to support over 60 presses and related production equipment in Blaine, MN. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience and strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Qualifications

Injection molding maintenance experience required.
3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong skills in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and/or PLC troubleshooting.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
Self-motivated technician with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
Work with 3-phase electrical systems, motors, controls, and PLC-operated equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to complete repairs.
Support facility systems, including HVAC and building equipment.
Partner with production teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
