The position offers full-time hours across shifts, with shift premiums for off-hours and a strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have 3–5 years of maintenance experience in molding environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of injection molding equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance in a medical device environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform routine and non-routine preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues with minimal supervision; perform complex repairs.
• Operate molding machines and adjust settings to maintain product quality and minimize downtime.
• Perform facility maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to keep production safe and functional.
• Maintain maintenance records and provide detailed task reports and data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for medical device manufacturing.
• Communicate issues and solutions to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in training entry-level technicians and stay updated on maintenance best practices.
