Randstad USA is seeking an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on injection molding machines in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding maintenance is preferred.
• Strong background in hydraulics, schematics, and mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Mechanical & Hydraulic Diagnostics: perform root-cause troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Electrical Troubleshooting & Schematic Interpretation: read schematics and blueprints to diagnose issues.
• Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: lead maintenance schedules and document histories to maximize uptime.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: adhere to OSHA, LOTO protocols and maintain a safe work area.
