Job summary

Jobot, located just south of Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Maintenance Technician for 1st shift. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and optimizing injection molding equipment, performing routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and assisting with new equipment installations.

A strong emphasis is placed on safety and collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the engineering industry, with a focus on injection molding equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical or electrical issues promptly.
• Assist in installation and setup of new equipment and upgrading existing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve equipment reliability and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
