G.Z.Q.S.O. in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for injection molding. You will operate production equipment, inspect molded parts, and ensure products meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable and detail-oriented. Training on the first shift is required for about two weeks before transitioning to the assigned shift. Competitive hourly pay with shift premiums is offered, plus benefits on hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and production equipment according to established procedures.
• Remove finished plastic parts from machines as required.
• Inspect products for defects, proper appearance, and quality.
• Perform basic trimming, finishing, and assembly tasks as needed.
• Package and label completed parts according to production requirements.
• Monitor equipment and notify a supervisor of any issues or irregularities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and production instructions.
• Meet production goals while maintaining consistent quality.
