Job summary

Warrior Sports located in Shelby Township, Michigan, seeks an Injection Molding Machine Operator to produce high-quality plastic products in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, first-shift role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

with occasional overtime based on production needs. Responsibilities include operating molding equipment safely, inspecting parts, trimming and packaging finished goods, and maintaining accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Prior injection molding experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing and QA processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Remove molded parts from machines and inspect for quality standards.
• Trim, assemble, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Monitor machine operation and report any equipment issues.
• Accurately complete and maintain production, scrap, and downtime records.
• Follow all quality standards and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
