Warrior Sports Inc. is seeking an Injection Molding Machine Operator in Shelby Township, MI to produce high-quality plastic products on a Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

shift. You will operate molding equipment, inspect parts, trim and package finished goods, and help maintain a safe, efficient production line. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, records maintenance, and adhering to quality standards and lean manufacturing practices.

Formación

• Prior injection molding experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate injection molding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Remove molded parts from machines and inspect for quality standards.
• Trim, assemble, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Monitor machine operation and report any equipment issues.
• Accurately complete and maintain production, scrap, and downtime records.
• Follow all quality standards and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
