Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Lead to assist the Production Supervisor in directing teams on the plant floor, ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety, quality and GMP standards. The role requires coordination across injection, blow molding and reheat stretch processes, plus driving improvements in throughput and waste reduction.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, be able to work overtime, and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 to 3 years' experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Supervisor and direct employees in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Reheat Stretch.
• Oversee safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Lead change management and training to improve skills and adapt to shifts/overtime.
• Improve throughput, reduce downtime and waste, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and behavior to supervisors.
