Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance professional for our plastics molding operations in Houston. You will lead preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, and drive continuous improvements following 5S principles.

Responsibilities include documenting PM schedules, managing parts inventory, and supporting quick recovery to minimize downtime and maintain customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience including injection molding machinery.
• Experience with blow molding or extrusion is an acceptable alternative.
• Proven track record troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to find root causes and deliver on-time, on-budget fixes.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment running at peak effectiveness by reducing downtime and maximizing uptime.
• Create, standardize, and record preventive maintenance programs for injection molding machinery and utilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems across facilities.
• Lead upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives with a strong 5S discipline.
