Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or STEM is required.
• 4–7 years of engineering experience in molding or related field.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, DOE, Gage R&R, and process capability.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous process and product improvements in molding.
• Lead IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities.
• Analyze equipment performance and identify system improvements.
• Drive cost savings initiatives (scrap reduction, OEE).
• Coordinate with tool room, process engineering, and quality engineering.
