Job summary

Xometry Inc. is seeking an Application Engineer, Injection Molding to connect with customers and enhance technical support. In this critical role, you will analyze RFQs, conduct technical reviews, and proactively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate degree in a technology field and demonstrate a strong technical aptitude along with customer service skills. Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, especially injection molding, is highly desirable. This role is based in Lexington, Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D CAD software is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Strong interest in manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs and prepare necessary documents.
• Engage with customers to clarify requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide DFM feedback.
• Optimize files for manufacturability.
• Manage and update quote databases.
• Provide customer support via email.
