Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare RFQs from various channels.
• Proactively engage with customers to clarify requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews of 3D models and provide DFM feedback.
• Perform file modifications using CAD software for manufacturability.
• Maintain and update quote databases in real-time.
• Respond to customer service requests via ZenDesk and email.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering and Sales for custom requests.
