Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare RFQs, organizing quote request information.
• Proactively engage with customers to clarify requirements.
• Conduct reviews of 3D models to provide design-for-manufacturing feedback.
• Perform file modifications using CAD software for manufacturability.
• Maintain and update quote databases for accuracy.
• Respond to service requests via ZenDesk and email.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales for custom requests.
