Qualifications

• Vocational training or direct experience in injection molding is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare RFQs by organizing quote request information.
• Engage with customers to clarify requirements and address discrepancies.
• Conduct technical reviews of 3D models to provide DFM feedback.
• Perform basic file modifications to ensure manufacturability.
• Maintain and update quote databases in real-time.
• Respond to service requests providing assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering and Sales.
