Pentair plc is seeking a Molder for the Delavan, WI production floor. You will operate plastic injection molding presses, perform secondary operations, and conduct in-process quality checks to meet predefined standards.

The role requires familiarity with hand and power tools, sonic welders, drill/arbor presses, measuring equipment, and basic quality reporting. Shift is 1st, 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, air tools.
• Experience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate plastic injection molding presses to mold components to standard.
• Perform secondary operations such as deburring, sonic welding, and light assembly.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report non-conformances.
• Maintain KanBan cards and support productivity/quality audits.
• Prepare and report productivity and quality data as required.
