Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Molder for the Delavan, WI production floor. You will operate plastic injection molding presses, perform secondary operations, and conduct in-process quality checks to meet predefined standards.

The role requires familiarity with hand and power tools, sonic welders, drill/arbor presses, measuring equipment, and basic quality reporting. Shift is 1st, 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, air tools.
• Experience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding presses to mold components to standard.
• Perform secondary operations such as deburring, sonic welding, and light assembly.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report non-conformances.
• Maintain KanBan cards and support productivity/quality audits.
• Prepare and report productivity and quality data as required.

You will perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard.You will:Perform necessary operations to mold components including proper placement and removal of inserts and removal of part.Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging.Perform in-process quality checks and communicate non-conformances to proper personnel.Maintain card system and determination of KanBan quantities.Productivity reporting and Quality audit reporting.Key Qualifications:Experience using hand tools, power tools, air toolsExperience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grindersPhysical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the production floor.Shift/Hours:1st shift 6:00am – 2:00pm Monday – FridayOvertime as needed either after shift or on SaturdaysCompensation:The hourly pay for this role is: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
