Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to safely and efficiently perform preventive maintenance and mold repairs on injection molds in our Kansas facility. You will support production by diagnosing issues, performing in-press checks, and ensuring reliability and uptime of tooling and molds.

You will work with mills, lathes, CNCs, and overhead cranes, maintaining quality documentation and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in injection molding, tooling, or similar.
• Repair experience with hot runner systems.
• Hands-on machining with mills, lathes, CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on molds and tooling.
• Complete in-press mold checks and make-ready preparations.
• Diagnose and repair injection molds to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot issues with team collaboration.
• Machine mold components using mills, lathes, and CNC.
• Maintain surface finishes for proper part release.
