Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is seeking an Injection Molding Technician to set molds, start up machines, and troubleshoot processes in a fast-paced, climate-controlled facility. You will help keep production moving, identify and fix defects, and support mold changes to improve throughput.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in injection molding, a solid understanding of resins, and hands-on troubleshooting skills, with 3-axis robotics experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience setting molds and running injection molding processes.
• Solid understanding of resins and processing fundamentals.
• 2+ years of injection molding experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with 3-axis robotics/programming is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay current with evolving technology.

Responsibilities

• Set molds, start up machines, and troubleshoot injection molding processes
• Keep machines running—maximize uptime and eliminate downtime
• Identify root cause issues and fix them fast
• Adjust processes to prevent defects and reduce scrap
• Program and adjust robotics (3-axis experience a plus)
• Support mold changes to improve efficiency and throughput
• Respond to quality and production issues in real time
• Maintain process documentation and standards
• Help train operators and support the team
• Keep your area clean, safe, and organized
