Qualifications

• 2+ years of injection molding experience preferred.
• Proven experience setting molds and running processes.
• Solid understanding of resins and processing fundamentals.
• Willingness to learn and stay current with evolving technology.

Responsibilities

• Set molds, start up machines, and troubleshoot injection molding processes.
• Keep machines running to maximize uptime and reduce downtime.
• Identify root cause issues and fix them fast.
• Adjust processes to prevent defects and reduce scrap.
• Program and adjust robotics (3-axis experience a plus).
• Support mold changes to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Respond to quality and production issues in real time.
• Maintain process documentation and standards.
• Help train operators and support the team.
• Keep your area clean, safe, and organized.
