Revere Plastics Systems in Ankeny, IA seeks an Injection Plastics Process Technician off-shift to set molds, startup presses, and sustain production with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will analyze processes, reduce downtime, and support rapid mold changes while mentoring operators in a climate-controlled facility.

The role emphasizes hands-on molding, tooling knowledge, and readiness to adapt to evolving technology with strong teamwork and safety in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience setting molds and running injection molding processes.
• Strong understanding of resins and processing fundamentals.
• 2+ years in injection molding (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set molds and complete machine startups to standard.
• Pinpoint root causes quickly; reduce scrap and cycle-to-cycle variation.
• Keep presses running—maximize uptime and eliminate downtime.
• Program/adjust robotics for safe, efficient part handling.
• Support rapid mold changes to improve throughput.
• Jump on quality/production escalations in real time.
• Maintain process documentation and standard work.
• Train and support operators; keep the work area safe and organized.
