Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is seeking a skilled Process Technician to perform mold changes and ensure process parameters align with setup sheets to achieve ZERO defects. You will maximize machine uptime, troubleshoot injection molding equipment, and document parameter settings.

Opportunities exist to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires 5+ years in plastics manufacturing, forklift experience, and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to work safely in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Must pass written and performance tests for operating a hi-lo.
• 5+ years’ experience in plastics manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with IATF quality practices preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• 2–3 years in plastic injection molding and mold change operations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize machine uptime and improve production efficiency.
• Set up and troubleshoot injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform mold changes and verify proper mold protection settings.
• Document and maintain process parameters and setup sheets.
• Load and verify process parameters including temperatures and pressures.
• Monitor processes and adjust to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Respond to quality concerns and machine alarms.
• Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Reduce scrap and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
