Job summary

Drive is seeking a Process Technician to operate and optimize plastic injection molding machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is available for the right candidate with a strong mechanical aptitude and machine setup experience.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring performance, performing mold changes, inspecting parts, and maintaining safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with machine setup or injection molding preferred (not required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Process Technician role. Injection molding experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and machine setup experience.
