Job summary

Henkel in the United States is seeking a Machine Operator for the Adhesive Technologies unit. You will operate production equipment safely, set up and adjust machinery, monitor output quality and maintain daily production records to enable performance analysis.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of manufacturing experience. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, plus basic math skills, help you succeed in this hands-on position with room for growth.

The hourly payrange for this role is $21.99. This range reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
