What You´ll Do
  • Execute manufacturing processes for bulk adhesive products in accordance with approved SOPs, Manufacturing Instructions, and safety requirements.
  • Operate production equipment—including mixers, mills, presses, and weighing scales to achieve batch specifications and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and contamination‑free work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Monitor process conditions, product quality, and equipment performance, and promptly report any deviations or abnormalities.
  • Document production activities, material usage, and process data accurately within required systems and batch records.
  • Adhere to safety policies, chemical handling procedures, and PPE requirements to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
What makes you a good fit
  • High school diploma or technical school graduate, or general education diploma (GED).
  • 1 to 3 years related experience, preferably in a production environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the use of Windows‑based applications and common software tools such as email, SAP or other ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to accurately complete production documentation and maintain legible records.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

The hourly pay range for this role is $24.00 and $26.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
