Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the engineering industry with a focus on injection molding equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical or electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assisting in the installation and setup of new equipment, as well as the upgrading of existing systems.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to improve equipment reliability and maintenance procedures.
• Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
