Position Summary

yThe Injection Molding Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing injection molding equipment and related auxiliary systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable production operations. This position performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, and works closely with production and maintenance leadership to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• esPerform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipmen
• t.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system
• s.Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtim
• e.Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics and technical document
• s.Document maintenance activities, repairs, and findings in the company’s maintenance management syste
• m.Identify opportunities for equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance improvement
• s.Partner with production and department leadership to maximize machine uptime and operational effectivenes
• s.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirement
• s.Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean and organized manne
• r.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the departmen
